- Association of Portfolio Managers in India (APMI)
- Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI)

Pure White Investments Private Limited is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
However, in accordance with Regulation 4(d) of the SEBI (IA) Regulations, PWI may provide incidental advice in its capacity as a distributor. This includes:

- Clarification of product features and categories

By proceeding to invest, the client acknowledges that the investment decision is made solely at their own discretion and risk. We do not take responsibility for the suitability or outcome of such investments. Investors are advised to consult before making any investment decisions.
- Types Of Mutual Fund Transactions
To assist investors in understanding common transaction modes, below are brief definitions of key mutual fund transaction types:
- Purchase: A purchase refers to the act of investing a lump sum amount into a mutual fund scheme.
- Redemption: The process of Withdrawing funds by selling mutual fund units.
- SIP (Systematic Investment Plan): A facility that enables regular, automated investments of a fixed amount into a chosen mutual fund scheme at defined intervals (e.g., monthly, quarterly etc).
- STP (Systematic Transfer Plan): A scheduled transfer of funds from one mutual fund scheme to another within the same fund house, helping investors manage risk and reallocate investments over time.
- SWP (Systematic Withdrawal Plan): A facility that allows investors to withdraw a fixed sum from their mutual fund investments periodically.
- Switch: A transaction that involves transferring investments from one mutual fund scheme to another within the same Asset Management Company (AMC), often used for portfolio rebalancing.
- Transaction-Related Disclaimer
By proceeding with any mutual fund, PMS/AIF transactions, (including but not limited to purchase, redemption, switch, SIP/STP/ SWP, or any service request), the investor confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the contents of the following documents.
- Scheme Information Document (SID)
- Statement of Additional Information (SAI)
- Key Information Memorandum (KIM)
- Factsheets and other scheme-related documents as issued by the concerned AMC
The investor acknowledges and accepts the following:
6.1 Transaction Cut-off Timings & NAV Applicability
- All transactions are subject to SEBI/AMFI-prescribed cut-off timings. NAV applicability will be as per prevailing mutual fund regulations and may change from time to time.
- PWI is not responsible for NAV allotment as it is based on industry standards, the transaction time, and fund house processing.
6.2 Turnaround Time (TAT)
- The TAT for services such as folio creation, mandate registration, transaction processing, and confirmations will vary based on:
- The nature of the request
- AMC-specific operational timelines
- PWI does not guarantee real-time processing, as processing is handled by the respective AMCs/RTA.
6.3 Charges & Regulatory Costs
- All investments are subject to:
- Entry Load (if applicable)
- Exit Load
- Stamp Duty
- Other statutory or regulatory charges as defined by SEBI, AMFI, and the concerned AMC
Investors are expected to read & understand scheme related documents for the same.
6.4 KYC Compliance
- No transaction shall be processed unless the investor has a valid, compliant KYC status as per SEBI norms.
- PAN/Aadhaar and other documentation must be verified and compliant for successful execution of any transaction.
- However, if the transaction is rejected/not processed due to non-compliance of KYC by investor then, any financial risk shall not be borne by PWI.
6.5 Taxation and Liability
Tax Liability on Redemptions:
- Redemption/Switch/STP/SWP from mutual fund investments may attract capital gains tax, based on the holding period and the asset class (equity, debt, hybrid, etc.).
- For example, SWP withdrawals are treated as redemptions and taxed accordingly.
- Switch and STP transactions are treated as a redemption from the source scheme and a purchase in the target scheme, thus triggering tax liability at the time of transfer.
- ELSS/Solution-oriented schemes are not eligible for premature redemption due to Lock in period. Lock in will be from the date of each instalment.
- The investors are solely responsible for the tax implications arising from the investments. PWI shall not be liable for any tax consequences or filing obligations on behalf of the investor.
- Investors are advised to consult with their Chartered Accountant or Tax Advisor for accurate computation and compliance with applicable tax laws.
- Tax implications can differ based on individual income slabs, investment type, and prevailing tax rules, including TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) on certain categories.
- We do not provide tax advice, and the responsibility to compute and pay appropriate taxes lies solely with the investor.
6.6 Applicability of Disclaimer
- This disclaimer is a comprehensive and full disclaimer that applies to:
- All types of mutual fund transactions (lump sum, SIP, STP, SWP, switch, redemption, etc.) /Other investments.
- All modes of transactions (offline, online, email-based, or app-based)
- All future transactions, including across different time periods, folios, or schemes (e.g., purchases made in May and switches in October)
- No separate disclaimer will be issued for each transaction unless a material regulatory change mandates it.
By initiating or approving any transaction through PWI, the investor agrees to be bound by the above disclaimer in its entirety.

- Use of “LAHER” Brand and Mobile Application
The LAHER brand and mobile application, used by investors to access dashboards, transaction links, and investment information, is a registered trademark owned by Mr. Laherchand Gogri, Founder Director of Pure White Investments Pvt. Ltd., in his personal capacity.
Pure White Investments Pvt. Ltd. uses the LAHER brand and mobile application under a formal arrangement involving royalty/license fees paid to Mr. Gogri.
PWI remains solely responsible for:
- Regulatory compliance for all investment activities within the app
- Data protection and technical backend
- Investor grievance handling and communication
Use of the LAHER app constitutes acceptance of the same disclosures, terms, and liabilities mentioned herein.
